Former Ohio State DB Malik Hooker Shows Off Incredible Hands By Catching High-Speed Footballs Out of the J.U.G.S. Machine

It's skills like this that have Hooker primed to go in the top 10 of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Former Ohio State safety Malik Hooker is expected to be one of the first two safeties off the board in the 2017 NFL Draft, and there's even a chance that both he and LSU safety Jamal Adams could be selected in the top 10. They're that good.

What has excited teams about Hooker is his ability to roam the deep part of the field and use his closing speed to make plays on the football. He's a true ball hawk. Then, once Hooker arrives at the ball, he uses his enormous hands to make difficult interceptions look routine. It's what helped Hooker pick off six passes during the regular season last year, and part of what makes him so attractive to NFL teams.

If you needed further evidence that Hooker has the type of hands that would make even the best wide receiver jealous, look no further than his work with the J.U.G.S. machine following Ohio State's Pro Day last week. With footballs shooting out of the machine looking like they're moving 80 mph, Hooker snares each one with only his right hand like he was catching a mini-Nerf football.

Hooker tweeted a couple of money bag emojis alongside the video, which feels fitting. Hooker hand's are going to make him a whole lot of dough in the NFL.
