Rookie RB Derrius Guice Shows Off His Insane Athleticism at Redskins Minicamp

The rookie RB from LSU looks like a beast.

Despite putting together a phenomenal career at LSU, off the field questions surrounding running back Derrius Guice caused him to drop to the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, where he went No. 59 overall to the Washington Redskins. While that result was surely a disappointment to a player many assumed would go early in the first round, it also allowed Washington to get its hands on a potential steal. Early returns are looking bright.

Guice was captured leaping over a Redskins coach during a drill at minicamp this week, showing off both his smooth body control and some fairly outrageous hops. If Guice can be what he advertised at LSU, then Alex Smith and the rest of the Redskins offense become potent almost immediately. This video is a pretty good start.
